Seasonal Parts Runner

Right Now Heating and Cooling is seeking a dependable and organized Parts Runner to support our residential HVAC and Plumbing team by ensuring technicians have the materials, tools, and equipment they need to complete jobs efficiently. This position plays a vital role in maintaining productivity by delivering parts to job sites, organizing inventory, and assisting with warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver parts, materials, and equipment to technicians at residential job sites.
• Purchase materials from local suppliers as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, receipts, and inventory.
• Organize and stock the warehouse, service vehicles, and storage areas.
• Assist with receiving, unloading, and verifying incoming shipments.
• Perform routine inventory counts and notify management when supplies need replenishing.
• Ensure technicians’ trucks are stocked with commonly used materials.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Inspect company vehicles and report maintenance needs.
• Follow all company safety policies and traffic laws while operating company vehicles.
• Provide support with the operations and installation teams as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Available for rotating weekend shifts
• Previous warehouse, delivery, or construction experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools/power tools
• Basic knowledge of general repairs
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be detail orientated
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 75 pounds.
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the workday.
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
