We are seeking a results-driven, professional Operations Manager to lead and own the day-to-day performance of one or more locations. This is a key leadership role responsible for executing the company’s vision, driving operational results, and delivering an exceptional experience for both customers and employees.

The Operations Manager ensures the business consistently meets or exceeds performance goals through hands-on leadership and active engagement with field technicians, office staff, vendors, and management. This role requires strong operational leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to build high-performing teams in a fast-paced service environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and support technicians and staff to achieve operational, revenue, and customer satisfaction goals
- Ensure all customers receive service that meets or exceeds our Satisfaction Guarantee
- Build and maintain outstanding customer service standards across the assigned geographic area
- Recruit, hire, onboard, develop, and retain top-performing employees
- Oversee quality control, performance metrics, and customer communication
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
- Foster a strong sales-focused culture aligned with our brand and growth objectives
- Ensure productivity and efficiency across service, installation, sales, warehouse, and office operations
- Coordinate with vendors and support partners to ensure operational excellence
- Perform local HR-related responsibilities and partner with leadership on employee relations
- Identify opportunities for growth, process improvement, and operational scalability
- Build a positive, performance-driven culture that prioritizes teamwork and five-star service
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in a service-based organization
- Strong work ethic with proven attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to lead through influence, accountability, and hands-on management
- General management and P&L experience in a multi-site environment is a plus
- Ability to regularly commute between two Southeast Idaho locations
