What You’ll Do
- Assist with the installation of residential HVAC equipment following safety standards, company procedures, and manufacturer specifications
- Pre‑measure job sites to ensure proper preparation and efficient installations
- Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health & Safety regulations
- Track work completed and job details using ServiceTitan
- Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding system operation, findings, and solutions
- Recommend products and services to help optimize system performance and comfort
- Work alongside experienced installers to build technical skills and product knowledge
What You’ll Bring
- 1–5 years of HVAC installation experience preferred (apprentices encouraged to apply)
- HVAC degree or equivalent field experience from a technical or trade school
- Strong work ethic and commitment to learning the trade
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
- Professional appearance and pride in workmanship
- Ability to lift and handle heavy equipment and work outdoors in varying conditions
