What You’ll Do

As a Residential HVAC Tune‑Up Technician, you’ll:

  • Perform HVAC system tune‑ups and inspections

  • Learn how heating and cooling systems operate and impact energy costs

  • Educate homeowners on system performance, efficiency, and maintenance

  • Present repair and improvement options using a trained, consultative approach

  • Represent the company professionally in customers’ homes

  • Work closely with a supportive team and experienced mentors

What We’re Looking For

  • Customer service and sales experience required
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • Willingness to learn a skilled trade

  • Enjoy working with your hands and interacting with people

  • Pride in your work and personal professionalism

  • Team‑oriented mindset

  • Valid driver’s license

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for up to 50% of the workday
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, reach, crawl, climb stairs or ladders, and perform repetitive motions as required
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or maneuver up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis
  • Comfortable driving and sitting for extended periods of time
  • Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to perform physical tasks for extended periods while maintaining safety and productivity
