- Monday - Friday
- 7:00AM - 3:00PM
- $19 - $21 DOE
Responsiblities include:
- Prepare job folders and ensure all required documents are included
- Contact customers by phone or text to confirm scheduled jobs
- Process incoming payments, including applying cash or checks to job folders
- Make copies of checks and forward them to the headquarters administrative team
- Maintain and update internal spreadsheets and tracking documents
- Handle cash and check deposits accurately and in a timely manner
- Process employee PTO and advance requests
- Ensure timesheets are completed and submitted on schedule
- Reconcile credit card statements and petty cash
- File invoices and mail out payments for invoices due

Candidate must have a passion for helping others achieve their goals and be comfortable working in a team environment. A person with a positive personality that doesn’t waiver is necessary for this fast- paced environment. Computer skills, typing speed average of 35 wpm, and knowledge of Microsoft word/excel is a requirement.
