What You’ll Do
- Source and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels
- Maintain staffing expectations and ensure workforce needs are met across all locations
- Build genuine relationships and provide an exceptional candidate experience
- Screen applicants and schedule interviews efficiently
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Track new hires and ensure they are prepared for their first day
- Provide clear onboarding details: start date, time, what to bring, uniform and dress code requirements
- Communicate training expectations and materials for new team members
- Send offer letters and follow up to confirm they are signed
- Assist new hires with the digital onboarding process and ensure they understand each step
- Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality
- Use technology and tools to streamline recruiting processes
