Monday – Friday with weekends as needed
Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 DOE

Right Now Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical—the Northwest’s largest home services company—is seeking a Dispatch Manager to oversee our dynamic dispatch department of 15-20 staff members. This is a key leadership role in a fast-paced environment where your ability to coordinate, communicate, and inspire will directly impact our service excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and mentor a team of dispatchers and coordinators
- Oversee daily scheduling and dispatching of technicians across multiple service areas
- Ensure timely and accurate communication between customers, technicians, and internal teams
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and customer satisfaction
What You Bring:
- Proven leadership experience in dispatch or operations
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and typing skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Tech-savvy with dispatch software and phone systems
