Responsibilities:
- Motivate team members.
- Train associates and ambassadors to set appointments.
- Meet or exceed appointment goals.
- Interview potential candidates.
- Lead weekly trainings.
- 70% local Treasure Valley paid travel with vehicle provided.
- 30% Eastern Idaho paid travel with vehicle provided.
- Scheduling appointments.
Compensation: $20-24 an hour starting PLUS commission. Earn up to $65,000-$100,000 Plus.
