Responsibilities
- Coordinate with suppliers to source and order parts requested by our customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of commonly requested parts.
- Track and maintain accurate records of parts orders, delivery status, and customer information.
- Collaborate with warehouse and shipping team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of parts.
- Conduct periodic inventory audits to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to parts availability, pricing, and delivery times.
- Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in parts facilitation or a related role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in using inventory management systems and MS Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts is desirable but not required.
